About SIPRES

Beijing-Star IPR Enforcement & Services, (hereafter referred to as “SIPRES”) is founded in 2006 to provide an one-stop enforcement and resolution services on digital copyright protection between copyright holders, Internet Service Providers and the Internet Content Providers in China.

Mission

• To reinforce the concept of Digital IPR on the Internet
• To assist content providers to avoid potential IPR infringements
• to resolve IPR infringement disputes
